The whole second grade put on a cute play called "Bugz" last week. Micah and I were able to go see the final show last Thursday morning, and it was really cute. Avery was thrilled to be picked as a lady bug for the show. The play was about going on a picnic and all the different bugs that will be there. Her group of "ladies" sang a song titled "Be a Lady" which talked about having good manners at the picnic. It was really cute.
There were army ants, fireflies, butterflies, stink bugs, and of course lady bugs. She had such a fun time learning all the songs and practicing for the play. It was a good experience.
I did video some of the singing, but it's too long to blog. If I can figure out how to crop it I will share, but most likely this is all you get. Sorry.
